If the requirements are correct, then the character will be approved. Members can choose whether  or not they want their warrior name to be selected by the leader or not. Additionally, members can choose whether to have the ceremony in-character or not.

If the name is chosen by the leader and the ceremony is requested to be done ICly, then rain will reveal the new name in the post. If the ceremony is not done ICly, then the new name will be revealed in the approval post.

If the requirements are incorrect, the ceremony request will be denied and rain will indicate what the characters needs to approve the ceremony.
