larch tail
REDWOOD CLAN
seal lynx point with blue eyes
warrior
she-cat
thirty-seven
Appearance
Larchtail is likely the child who most resembles her mother, Curlycloud. However, her fur is a combination of both parents. Although she is a seal point lynx like her father, Larchtail like Curlycloud, sports a combination of whites, and greys that congregate through her long, feathery pelt. Sporadic patches of black mingle within the darkest of greys. Overall, Larchtail's fur is both wispy and dense.
The she-cats' face is a delicate combination of soft lines amid her lengthy pelt that is met in dichotomy with the intense contrast of a cerulean gleam. In honor of her mother, Larchtail was blessed with the attributes of curly ears that make her heritage unmistakable. Soft, pastel pinks line her ears, eyelids, and splash across her small nose. Her face is round and framed by the flicks of her fur. Against the muted monotones, rests two exquisitely blue eyes that are so large, her resting face is typically one of intense wonder (or borderline fear). The she-cats whiskers and claws are all white.
Larchtails build is average for a Redwoodclan cat. She is not particularly short or tall however, the she-cat is more muscular than some of her siblings and has a motherly figure with broad hips and a low laying stomach.

Personality
+ patient, good-listener, kind, loyal, devout
- insecure, self-deprecating, mediocre warrior, unrealistic
~ sensitive, shy, simple-minded
In comparison to her siblings, Larchtail was always the quietest. As a young kit, she was constantly honing close to her mother and incredibly shy towards strangers.
Another quality that has carried over since kithood, is Larchtail's emotional sensitivity It is easy to hurt Larchtail's feelings because of her insecurities; she often feels like she is not good enough as a warrior or as a cat and blames herself for many misfortunes. As a kit, she often cried at the tiniest surprise. Though she still cries to process her emotions, Larchtail has grown much more resilient over time. After losing her mate Hollowheart, one of the most devastating of her experiences, she has learned to process and understand what she cannot control. The trials of Larchtail's life caused her immense pain, but also taught her the pertinence of acceptance and moving on.
Larchtail is very patient with others, a trait passed down from her mother. In turn, she is a great listener, often valuing the time and feelings of others over herself. A secret is always safe with Larchpaw. This warrior has no temper so she will never snap or lash out at another even if she feels she is wronged. Often times, she will even blame herself for others' misgivings.
Politically, Larchtail's moral values echo the majority of values around her. She is a follower and uses the warrior code to guide most of her actions. Additionally, she strongly believes in Starclan, and wants to think that her ancestors and family are always with her. She finds finding great solace in the peace and affirmation that religion provides. Larchtail tends to use this tactic in many ways, believing the happier stories to lessen the burden hardship. Often there is true beauty in her simplifications, but sometimes she is negligent toward reality.
History
Larchkit was born one of four siblings (elmkit Wolfie , aspenkit moony , acornkit Egotistic). Unaware of their father's heritage, their mother was the warrior Curlycloud (Raven~ ). In contrast to her sibling's curiosities, Larchkit was always perfectly content never knowing their father's whereabouts. The young kit loved her mother dearly. She was always flocking to Curlycloud's side, preferring to spend days talking and learning about motherhood while the other kits played warrior. As early as kithood, Larchkit's primary aspiration was to become a mother. Her ultimate dreams of motherhood primarily shaped the lens through which Larchkit saw the world.
During Larchpaw's apprenticeship, RedwoodClan grew ill. Their clan had made contact with the tribe, which spread a severe red cough across the territory. Larchpaw was sickened but not nearly as bad as some others, including her sister Acornpaw. Acornpaw's condition worsened, and within a few days, she joined starclan.
One night she ran into the warrior Hollowheart. They spent a romantic evening. After, Larchtail was smitten. However, she was also apprehensive, hardly believing that such a strong, older tom would find her worth fancying. Eventually, much to her disbelief, Hollowheart asked Larchtail to become his mate. She agreed, elated to finally meet the love of her life and start a family.
