Appearance
Foxglovepaw is a runty apprentice with blue eyes and a short coat. Full-grown, Foxglovepaw will still be quite short, a little smaller than the average warrior. She will have an average body length and be more stocky rather than lithe. In her pelt, she will largely take after her mother, Caveflower. Her underside is mostly white and so are her forelegs, with only little specks of brown fur here and there. Her face is also mostly white, but she has a cap of brown, black, and cream splotches on top of her head, near her eyes, and on her ears. On her back and some of her midsection, she has large cream and light brown to chocolate patches. Her back legs have more color on them compared to her forelegs. The chocolate patches on her rump fade to black as they go to her tail, where they are brindled with cream. Her tail tip is white. Her fur is not as long as Caveflower’s, however; it’s much shorter. Foxglovepaw has icy-cold blue eyes. In her face, she takes after her father, Pigeonheart. Her face is somewhat circular but has slightly defined cheekbones. Her ears are slightly wide and pointy, and she has a muzzle of average length.

Personality
Foxglovepaw is playful and kind, and also adventurous but impulsive. She is not keen on LichenClan customs or betrothal and has a growing resentment toward her family who practice them. This resentment may even border on hatred sometimes. How her relationship develops with her parents and siblings remains to be seen. She is protective of her family despite not agreeing with them and can tend to contradict herself regarding her beliefs. Despite disagreeing with her parents, she does believe in StarClan.
+Adventurous: Foxglovepaw is very playful and adventurous. She always wants to go somewhere and do something and tries to drag her siblings along to have fun with her, though they usually decline. She is usually willing to take risks and accept challenges even if they are ridiculous. This trait also makes her curious and she is usually the one to initiate conversation. She is willing to take charge, and this will make her a valuable warrior.
+Selfless: Foxglovepaw is selfless. She has a big heart and likes helping others. This makes her want to conform to her parent’s values even though she doesn’t agree with them. This creates internal conflict for her and also wears on her mentally. Nevertheless, she is quick to stand up for anyone she spots who is being bullied. This makes her a good friend and Clanmate.
-Rebellious: Foxglovepaw doesn’t like taking things seriously, and that includes her parent’s teachings and values. Inherently, she doesn’t understand them and also doesn’t understand the importance of a reputation. Authority figures, such as leaders, deputies, and older warriors tend to need to earn her respect. She tries to defy her parents by sparring in secret and having ideals of eventually becoming a highly skilled warrior. Her rebellious attitude creates conflict between her, her Clan, and her family.
-Impulsive: Siding with her adventurous attitude, Foxglovepaw tends to be impulsive. She can make decisions on a whim, often without thinking first, and she is very eager. Her often accepting outrageous challenges usually leads to her getting injured somehow, though thankfully they’re minor wounds more often than not. She also tends to be bold and speak her mind, even if what she’s saying isn’t the kindest thing. She sometimes doesn’t realize what she said is hurtful until it comes out of her mouth.
History
2023: Foxglovekit was born to Caveflower and Pigeonheart in greenleaf of the 2023 season alongside her siblings Applekit, Dustkit, and Hemlock-kit. Foxglovekit busied herself by exploring her surroundings, learning teachings from her parents, and playing with her siblings. She didn’t grow up in LichenClan’s cave due to her Clan being displaced by the flood, so when they did return to the cave, it took some getting used to.
Later in her kithood, her parents took her and her siblings to be baptised in secret by Lilacmist despite Yarrowstar’s and Briarfall’s warnings about the mooncave. The ceremony didn’t sit well with Foxglovekit and the pool in the mooncave creeped her out. Around this time, a rivalry developed between her and Sacredpaw.
Foxglovepaw was apprenticed to Brindlefire when she turned six moons old. At this time, she has grown to dislike her parent’s traditional attitudes and constantly feels torn between pleasing them and doing what she wants. As an apprentice, she takes more opportunities to put distance between herself and Caveflower, instead throwing herself into her training. Brindlefire helped encourage her recklessness, but also positively reinforces her, and Foxglovepaw enjoys having her as a mentor.
At eight moons, Caveflower announced to Foxglovepaw that she would be betrothed to Darterpaw, one of Littlestream and Pikefur’s sons. Of course, the news devastated Foxglovepaw and she continues to feel trapped by her family’s wishes.
