CANON & PLOT
ADOPTS
ADOPTS
[PTabbedContent][PTab=Rules]
INTRODUCTION
Canon & Plot Adopts feature two specific kind of staff-created character and/or plot adopts:
a. Canon adopts - Characters who are direct descendants of or related by blood to previous leaders, deputies, medicine cats, tellers, or important figures in the clan/tribes' history. Canonical characters may or may not be important secondary characters related to the plot. To learn more about these character's ancestors, visit the NPC bios. Some Canon and Plot Adopts may be listed as secondary characters.
b. Plot adopts - Plots without a character in mind. So instead, we post a blank template, explaining the plot, and character needed for the role. These plots can be filled with a character you already play, or you can design one specifically for the role. Some may or may not be important secondary characters.
RULES
1. Members are required to fill out the form below if they want to adopt a canon character or plot.
2. Some Canon and Plot Adopts may be listed as secondary characters in their posting. You can read more on the High Position & Secondary Characters thread.
3. If a member becomes inactive for more than 1 month, they will lose the character or plot, and it will go back up for adoption.
4. Members also have one month to create the character's biography, or it will go back up for adoption.
5. Since these are canon adopts and related to established NPC characters, we ask that there be minimal changes to the outlines we have created. FCs, personalities, and suffixes are negotiable within reason!
6. If you want to negotiate parts of character, reach out to wish for permission.
7. This thread will be updated as we continue to create more NPCs and important site-wide plots. Make sure to check back for more!

FOXFIRE'S DESCENDANTS
MARIGOLDLEAP

recommended ginger or ginger and white she-cat | recommended face claim
main points
› son to Foxfire and Sycamoretail with her siblings Dandelionfang and Woodfrost.
› while her brothers were more reserved towards their father, Marigoldkit found him absolutely fascinating. She loved to follow him around whenever he'd stop by, hoping he'd tell her a story in return.
› her brothers, especially Woodkit, treated her like a "prissy girl" and barred her from rough-housing with them because she'd always "cry." Marigoldkit hated this, so she wouldn't allow Woodkit to come with on her adventures with Dandelionkit.
› When she was six moons old, she was assigned to an older she-cat as her mentor, Cherrywing, someone who eventually became an idol and trusted confidant to the more insecure Marigoldpaw.
› A few moons into her training, her mother informed her that her mother was a traitor who wanted nothing to do with them. Marigoldpaw tried to ask questions, because it didn't make sense, but her mother never answered it. She was forced to accept it and keep her distance.
› At thirteen moons, Marigoldleap became a warrior, named for her ability to leap powerfully through the trees in battle.
› When she was twenty-four moons, her brother, Woodfrost accused her of being a traitor like her father, since she was always so sympathetic towards him. Pissed, Marigoldleap turned on him, and they got into a heated, physical fight, which ended in estrangement. She has not spoken to him since.
› Before her father's death, Marigoldleap reached out to him in secret, and he confessed his affair with the Lichenclan deputy, Molefur. Marigoldleap wept for her father and their time spent apart. She promised not to tell and met with him in secret until he passed.
> Unlike her brothers, Marigoldleap never blamed Lichenclan for her father's demise. She knew the truth, so she blamed the war, her own clan's inability to take a stand, and her mother's cruel heart.
> When she was fifty-one moons old, her mother passed in the elder's den, Woodfrost by her side. The old warrior had caught the contagious sickness that ravaged the camp over leaf-bare, her body too frail to fight it. Marigoldleap went to her vigil, but felt a strange distance between them, even in death.

DANDELIONFANG

Redwoodclan | Tom | See Woodfrost for current age
recommended ginger and white tom | recommended face claim
recommended ginger and white tom | recommended face claim
main points
› son to Foxfire and Sycamoretail with his siblings Marigoldleap and Woodfrost.
› Although he didn't visit the nursery often, Dandelionkit looked up to his father, wanting to grow up and become a warrior just like him. He thought his father was charismatic and cool.
› the loudest out of the three, Dandelionkit was often the ring-leader, urging his siblings in trouble. He loved to rough-house with his brother and explore with his sister. A true middle child.
› when he was six moons old, he was assigned to a tough warrior named Mossclaw as a mentor. The old tom was harsh, using brutal techniques to train him in battle.
› A few moons later, his mother revealed to him that his father, the cat he idolized from a distance, was nothing but a traitor. His father wanted nothing to do with them, disowning them as his own. Dandelionpaw was crushed. Anger then replaced sadness and a rebellious streak overcame him.
› At fifteen moons, Dandelionfang earned his warrior name, two moons after his siblings due to his increasingly reckless behavior. He would throw himself into battle without thought, attack foxes without a plan, and consistently put himself into danger. He didn't know it then, but he was trying to prove himself to a father that didn't care.
› Sharing a similar, albeit much more intense, anger, Dandelionfang became closer to Woodfrost who fueled his hatred toward Lichenclan.
› Some time during their twentieth or so moon, Woodfrost and Marigoldleap got into a fight over their father, which ended in estrangement. Caught in the middle, Dandelionfang still spends time with both, refusing to talk about the other one in either of their presence.
› When his father died, Dandelionfang's suspicions were confirmed. His body was found on the Lichenclan shore, proving he had been a spy all along. It was the only conclusion that made sense based on his mother's words long ago.
> Extremely pro-war, Dandelionfang detests his current leadership. The only saving grace has been Icesong's appointment and her increased training sessions, but even then, that doesn't seem like it's enough.
> When he was fifty-one moons old, his mother passed to green-cough, her old body too frail to fight the sickness that ravaged the camp. While he was never as close to Sycamoretail as his brother, he still sat during her vigil with his chin raised high, vowing to make Lichenclan pay for what they did to his family.

WOODFROST - ADOPTED

main points
› son to Foxfire and Sycamoretail with his siblings Marigoldleap and Dandelionfang
› from a young age, Woodkit mistrusted his father, never understanding why he was supposed to love someone who rarely visited. He thought his father's smile, his laugh, all of it was fake. Instead, he was much closer to his mother because she was there.
› as kits, he detested his sister, Marigoldkit, always thinking she was annoying and fake, just like their father. He hated when she tried to insert herself into his rough-housing with Dandelionkit, so he forbid her, lashing out when she tried.
› when he was six moons old, he was apprenticed to a soft-hearted she-cat, Dovestream, for a mentor. Her training, like the other cats in their clan, was pathetic and weak. So he trained on his own in secret.
› a few moons later, his mother confessed what he had assumed all along. His father was a traitor, a fake. He wanted nothing to do with them. Angry, Woodpaw demanded that he was thrown from the clan, but his mother said Heatherstar wouldn't do it as she already tried.
› At twelve moons old, Woodfrost earned his warrior name by demanding Gorseheart to name him in a duel. Amused, the deputy accepted his challenge, and to his amazement, lost. The tom earned his name that very night.
› Around this time, Woodfrost started to become closer to his brother, sharing a hatred for their father. While Dandelionfang blamed Lichenclan, Woodfrost's anger was for his father alone. He was a traitor, someone who deserved exile. So he fumed, learning to hate his clan from the inside out.
› When he was twenty-four moons old, he confronted his sister, knowing the she-cat had been working with their father all along. The she-cat called him insane, attacking him on the spot. When the fight ended, she left, vowing to never speak to him again. He hasn't spoken to her since.
› As he continued into his life as a warrior, Woodfrost advocated for war, wanting to punish everyone outside of their borders. But his leaders were useless in every decision.
> When his father died, Woodfrost felt nothing, absolutely nothing. He did not feel sad nor vindicated. While his brother used it as a reason to fight back against Lichenclan, Woodfrost felt empty, the reason for his anger gone. This was soon shifted onto Finchstar, and the weakness he bled into their clan.
> His final straw came when his mother died, lost to the sickness that would have been preventable if Redwoodclan never helped the tribe across the lake. It was then that he vowed to challenge everything Finchstar and Icesong did, knowing they were unfit to lead his clan.

recommended grey/silver she-cat with medium to long fur and light colored eyes | recommended face claim
main points
› Born to Marsh-heart and Feathernose with her sister Sleekfang.
› Her father died of an on-going green cough when she was around three moons of age. Her mother died later when Lichenclan infiltrated the Redwood clan camp in Leaf-bare of 2020, from an infected wound.
› Despite their parents death, Silkfeather is a strong supporter of Finchstar and helping the tribe. Silkfeather understands that situations are more complicated than blaming the tribe or Finchstar's decisions. She knows this from experience, as her father died from green cough before they knew of the tribe's existence.
› Silkfeather loves every opportunity to learn about other ways of life, having an interest in rogues, two legs, other clans, and the tribe.
› Her belief in Starclan is shaky. She is a very spiritual cat but believes that the nature of Starclan expands beyond the clan's borders. In turn, she supports the war against Lichen clan because of how Minnowstar is restrictive of religious freedom.
› Although her sister and her don't always see eye to eye, Silkfeather is closer to Sleekfang than anyone else. She treasures her relationship with her sister and aunt dearly.
› Though Silkfeather will never be a voice shouting from the crowd, she shows her support to Finchstar and the war by her actions. She will spend time hunting for game and herbs in preparation for battle.
› Silkfeather is very clueless when others fancy her or want to befriend her.

› Her father died of an on-going green cough when she was around three moons of age. Her mother died later when Lichenclan infiltrated the Redwood clan camp in Leaf-bare of 2020, from an infected wound.
› During the Lichenclan invade Sleekfang broke her back leg while trying to save her mother. It took many frustrating moons for it to heal and Sleekfang still struggles with rehabilitating her back leg.
› Sleekfang is allergic to poppyseed and marigold. The former has made healing from injuries very difficult. In turn, she is a very tough cat who practices (but never preaches), mind over matter. She has a very high pain tolerance.
› Sleekfang supports Finchstar because of her sister and aunts support. She does not feel strongly about clan politics aside from her to loyalty Redwoodclan.
› She has a strong adherence to the warrior code and enjoys warrior duties very much. Sleekfang is a strong battler and spends her time either battle practicing, or in silence alongside the company of those she holds close.
› Sleekfang does not believe in Starclan.
› Though it is difficult to grow close to this she-cat, Sleekfang will lay her life down for any she may call a friend. Sleekfang very easily crushes on other cats but is much too sheepish to assert herself. She struggles to make friends and relationships, despite desperately wanting to step outside of her shell.

GRAYSTAR'S DESCENDANTS
swiftSIGHT - ADOPTED

ThistleClan | Warrior | She-cat | 72 moons (-8 from Owlfang)
recommended long-haired black smoke | recommended face claim
recommended long-haired black smoke | recommended face claim
main points
› Born to Mistyfang, Graystar and Budblossom's grand-daughter, and a rogue father. Her mother fell for the rogue's charm and bore his kits. Caught sneaking around by her own brother, Mistyfang's secret was revealed to the whole Clan. Froststar did not punish the she-cat, for he too had his own secret affair. Instead, her family hunted down her lover and killed him, and she was ousted from their ranks. Alone and heartbroken, Mistyfang finally gave birth. Swiftkit was the only one to survive. Her 3 other kits were still-born.
› Unaware of her lineage, Swiftkit grew a sheltered & protected life in the nursery. Mistyfang kept her rogue father a secret and coddled her. The rest of the Clan, however, knew about her rogue blood and treated the kit differently, often casting her dirty looks. Swiftkit was in for a rude awakening upon entering the apprentice's den.
› Facing constant ridicule, Swiftpaw was immediately picked on and attacked by her den-mates. One even went as far to slashing her left eye in an attack, half-blinding her for life. It was during this battle that she learned who her father was. Disgusted and ashamed of her heritage, she disowned her own mother and clung to her great-grandfather's heritage instead. Though her cousins and aunts and uncles refused to accept her.
› Desperate to prove herself, Swiftpaw trained diligently and earned her warrior name at 11 moons. She was named Swiftsight, presumably for the ragged scar across her eye, though Froststar never outright said it.
› An outcast in her own Clan, Swiftsight fought tooth and claw to rise within the ranks of ThistleClan. She would foolishly challenge other high-ranking warriors in the Clan to duels and lose due to her own inexperience. However, this began to change as she became stronger and a more conniving fighter. Using her wit and brutality, she began to win more battles and her Clan's respect.
› Wanting to create her own legacy and clear her own name, Swiftsight sought out one of the best warriors in the Clan to sire her kits. A much older tom, Lynxfoot refused at first, not wanting to sully his lineage with rogue blood. A descendant of Graystar and his games, Swiftsight challenged the tom to a spar. If she won, he'd sire her children. If she lost, she'd graciously step down. Doubting he'd lose, Lynxfoot agreed. He lost, and gaining new respect for the she-cat, agreed to bear her kits.
› Not much later, Swiftsight gave birth to their two children: Needlekit and Nettlekit. Refusing to do what her mother did to her, Swiftsight told them of their rogue blood and started preparing them for life outside of the nursery. To encourage their fighting skills, she purposefully pit her children against each other and egged on their spats. She was a cold, stern mother.
› After returning to her warrior duties, Swiftsight periodically interrupted her kits' lessons to check in on their training progress. Unhappy with Nettlepaw's mentor, Swiftsight demanded that Thievingstar reassigned him to a stronger fighter, a tom named Yellowtalon instead. She continued to monitor their progress over the course of their apprenticeship. They start to find their mother over-bearing.
› During the flood, Lynxfoot drowns in his den, leaving Needleleap and Nettlesting without a father. Swiftsight coldly mourns his death, though she had no feelings for the tom. ThistleClan then moves to the campground and rogues take over their territory. Adamantly against outsiders, Swiftsight starts to challenge Thievingstar's decisions and grows frustrated with her Clan.
› Charging into battle, Swiftsight readily goes after the rogues and aids in winning back their camp. However, the victory is short-lived. Not soon after, the rogues attack her camp and injure Needleleap. Thievingstar is also killed. Enraged, Swiftsight tries to encourage the newly named Stagstar and Firfoot to join the war and end the rogues one and for all.
› After Needleleap is discharged from the medicine cat's den, Swiftsight and Nettlesting are assigned to help her re-learn how to fight with her disability and chaperone her on outings outside of camp. Swiftsight wants to help her daughter regain her strength but struggles to be a sympathetic and understanding teacher.
› ThistleClan finally makes an alliance with RedwoodClan and joins the war. Minnowstar and the rogues are defeated. One of ThistleClan's most senior warriors and accomplished fighters, Swiftsight battles alongside her Clan-mates and helps win the war. But she remains skeptical of her leadership. Now in a precarious position, Swiftsight believes ThistleClan should use their recent win as an opportunity to make ThistleClan stronger by whatever means possible.

main points
recommended long-haired black or black smoke | recommended face claim
main points
› Born to Swiftsight and Lynxfoot after her mother beats the tom in a duel. She is born alongside her brother, Nettlekit.
› From a young age, she learns of her rogue blood and her great-great-grandfather, Graystar. She is desperate to prove herself and greatly ashamed of her rogue heritage. So she readily trains under her mother's strict tutelage from the age of 3 moons old. To make her stronger, Swiftsight pits her children against each other on purpose, forming a deep-seeded rivalry between the two.
› Constantly trying to one-up each other, Needlepaw and Nettlepaw enter their apprenticeship and try to immediately out-rank each other. They challenge the other apprentices in the den and quickly earn their respect, despite their rogue blood. Though much to Needlepaw's chagrin, her brother beats her and maintains his rank throughout their apprenticeship.
› Apprenticed to the stern and rule-abiding, Juniperfang, Needlepaw flourishes under her mentor's discipline. Her mother, however, constantly intrudes on her training sessions and annoys both Needleleap and her mentor. Despite this, she graduates early at 11 moons. She is named Needleleap for nimble foot-work and leaping holds in battle.
› During the flood, Lynxfoot dies, leaving Needleleap and Nettlesting without a father. Never close with the tom, Needleleap seemingly brushes off the loss. Though her anger is misdirected toward her Clan and weak leadership.
› During their time at the campground, her mother's cousin, a descendant from Graystar and Glimmergaze, gives birth to two kits: Tornkit and Smallkit. Graystar's family rejoices in their birth, something she and her brother never received due to their rogue heritage. Needleleap begins to resent them and their seemingly 'easy' lives.
› After returning to camp and beating the rogues, Needleleap challenges her brother to another duel. After moons of training, she is desperate to kick his tail and win. A grueling battle ensues, and in the end, she's finally able to beat him and move up in rank.
› When Lily and her rogues attack the camp and kill Thievingstar, Needleleap sustains a major injury to her front, right leg. A rogue nearly tears the limb from her body. She is forced into the medicine cat's den for most of the following green-leaf and leaf-fall and becomes extremely bitter. For a brief period, they fear she'll have to retire early, but her leg begins to heal, though never quite completely.
› Due to her permanent limp, Needleleap is unable to join the war against the rogues and Minnowstar and is forced to stay behind in camp. Angrily she watches as the rest of her family leaps into war. She is currently only cleared for light warrior duties, and it will take some time for her to relearn how to fight with her limp. As she heals, both Swiftsight and Nettlesting have been tasked with helping her regain mobility. Needleleap detests being around both of them.

recommended long-haired black or black smoke | recommended face claim
main points
› Born to Swiftsight and Lynxfoot after her mother beats the tom in a duel. He is born alongside his sister, Needlepaw.
› From a young age, he learns of her rogue blood and her great-great-grandfather, Graystar. Unlike his sister, Nettlekit chooses to own and accept his rogue blood and use it to his advantage. Training comes naturally to him and he easily beats his sister in their kithood duels, forming a deep-seeded rivalry between the two.
› Constantly trying to one-up up him, Needlepaw challenges her brother to multiple duels throughout their apprenticeships. While finding her annoying, he reciprocates and beats her each time, quickly establishing himself as one of the strongest apprentices in the den. The other apprentices find his reserved and stoic demeanor captivating and mysterious.
› Originally, Needlepaw is apprenticed to a mid-ranking she-cat named Redwhisker. A constant presence during his training sessions, Swiftsight disapproves of the arrangement for her son, and requests a stronger warrior becomes his mentor instead. Thievingstar relents and assigns him to Yellowtalon, a powerful fighter of higher-rank. Needlepaw accepts his new mentor but finds the entire situation shameful. He starts to distance himself from his mother and her constant desire to prove herself and rank.
› During the flood, Lynxfoot dies, leaving Nettlesting and Needleleap without a father. Nettlesting occasionally trained with him in between lessons with Yellowtalon. However, they were not close. He respectfully mourns his death with the others.
› During their time at the campground, his mother's cousin, a descendant from Graystar and Glimmergaze, gives birth to two kits: Tornkit and Smallkit. Graystar's family rejoices in their birth, something he and his sister never received due to their rogue heritage. Nettlesting watches them with interest, hoping to mentor one of the young and earn his place back within his family.
› Nettlesting is granted permission to train his cousin, Tornpaw. They form a close bond with one another, and Nettlesting takes a great liking to the playful and clever tom. Never been granted the privilege himself, Tornpaw shares stories about their great-great grandfather, Graystar.
› When they finally return to the camp and run the rogues from their camp, Needleleap challenges him to an unexpected duel. Nettlesting accepts the challenge, expecting to easily beat her as usual, but she wins instead. He tries not to let it affect him, but he is deeply annoyed with himself for the loss.
› When Lily and her rogues attack the camp and kill Thievingstar, Nettlesting fights gallantly and helps his mother run the rogues out of their camp. Needleleap, however, sustains a life-altering injury and is forced into the medicine cat's den for nearly all of green-leaf and leaf-fall. At Stagstar's request, both Nettlesting and Swiftsight are tasked with helping his sister regain her mobility. Nettlesting begrudgingly helps out, despite finding both of them insufferable.
› Nettlesting is called to battle during the war and fights alongside the rest of his Clan. They help defeat Minnowstar and the rogues. However, his former mentor, Yellowtalon is killed in battle. Angered by his loss, Nettlesting uses it as an opportunity to push some of his great-great-grandfather's values onto the Clan. He feels if ThistleClan wasn't so harsh on rogues, they wouldn't be as targeted, and if they got involved with other Clans and politics, they'd see more benefits, like land.

ThistleClan | Warrior | Tom | 25 moons (same age as Softstep)

recommended long-haired black or black smoke | recommended face claim
main points
› Born to Gustpelt, a great-great-grandson of Graystar and Glimmergaze, and his mate, Petalshadow, Tornkt and Smallkit were eagerly welcomed by ThistleClan during a great time of struggle. They were born shortly after the flood at the abandoned campground.
› Inheriting Graystar's short stature and wild fur, Tornkit was originally going to be named Tinykit to match his sister. However, shortly after birth, the young tom received a ghastly laceration across his flank from the strange, wooden two-leg flooring. He was quickly named Tornkit for his injury, a wound he recovered from without any major complications. Though his fur never grew back correctly, leaving a giant 'tear' across his pelt.
› Gustpelt, greatly proud of his heritage, showered both Tornkit and Smallkit with stories of ThistleClan's most powerful and iconic leader. Enamored with the tales, Tornkit began to idolize his great-great-great-grandfather, and his desire to gamify everything. He and sister would entertain themselves by challenging each other to duels and putting together tournaments with the other kits.
› At six moons, he was apprenticed to the mysterious Nettlesting, who he soon learned was his older cousin, and also descended from Graystar and his other mate, Budblossom. Though quiet and reserved, Nettlesting was a powerful warrior and taught Tornpaw how to fight like a ThistleClanner Sociable and endearing, Tornpaw got his cousin to open up and learned about his rogue heritage. He told Nettlesting how Graystar once allowed rogues and outsiders to join ThistleClan and it made them stronger.
› Among the other apprentices, Tornpaw is mischievous and conniving. True ThistleClan tricksters at heart, he and his sister enjoy playing pranks on their fellow apprentices. Much to everyone's chagrin, Tornpaw can hold his own in a fight.
› Just before becoming warriors, Tornpaw and Smallpaw lose their mother, Petalshadow in the fight to regain ThistleClan's camp from the rogues. Distraught over their mother's death, they both delay their ceremonies, and it's during this time period, they start to grow more apart as Smallstorm feels she should 'grow up.'
› Tornpaw finally becomes Tornpelt at fourteen moons old. A natural flirt, he captures the attention of many of his den-mates, even those impervious to his advances. While he is seemingly flirtatious and noncommittal, he secretly desires an intimate relationship with someone and is a romantic at heart due to the loving relationship his parents shared. Finding his 'senseless' flirting insufferable, Smallstorm criticizes her brother for his need to 'gamify' and always 'have fun.' They start to get into fights.
› Tornpelt was left behind to guard the camp during the Great War, while Smallstorm and Gustpelt were sent into battle. Smallstorm returned, but Gustpelt did not. He was killed by a rogue in battle. Close with his father, they were both devastated by his death. Smallstorm, blaming herself for his death, continues to pull away from Tornpelt, much to his disappointment. He misses their close relationship and games they used to play together.

› Gustpelt, greatly proud of his heritage, showered both Smallkit and Tornkit with stories of ThistleClan's most powerful and iconic leader. Smallkit dreamed of challenging other warriors in her own duels, and like Graystar, becoming leader some day. She and her brother would entertain themselves by challenging each other to duels and putting together tournaments with the other kits.
› At six moons, she was apprenticed to Thievingstar, much to her delight. An eager pupil, Smallpaw greatly looked up to her mentor and shared her desire to become leader just like Graystar. They build a close bond. Despite this, she still entertains her brother and his pranks they play together on the other apprentices. With Thievingstar's training, however, she easily out-ranks him in battle and starts to inherit her mentor's sharp-tongue and temper.
› Just before becoming warriors, Smallpaw and Tornpaw lose their mother, Petalshadow in the fight to regain ThistleClan's camp from the rogues. Distraught over their mother's death, they both delay their ceremonies, and it's during this time period, they start to grow more apart. Smallpaw starts refusing to play games with her brother, wanting to take life more seriously. At Thievingstar's urging, she works hard to finish her training.
› Smallpaw becomes Smallstorm at thirteen moons old. She is named for her battle prowess, and equally fiery temper. While Tornpelt entertains their den-mates with his flirting and games. Smallstorm busies herself by training and moving up in rank in the Clan. She wishes her brother would grow up and join her, but he continues to be a foolish flirt.
› Smallstorm and Thievingstar are out on patrol together when the rogues attack their camp. They rush back to fight, and are separated in the fray. Thievingstar heads to the nursery. It's the last time Smallstorm ever sees her. Thievingstar is killed and Stagstar rises in her place. She is devastated by the loss of her mentor and views Stagstar and Firfoot's leadership with great skepticism.
› During the Great War, she is sent into battle alongside her father, Gustpelt. They fight side by sight throughout the entire battle, but a rogue outsmarts them and lands a killing blow on her father. Beyond enraged, Smallstorm kills the rogue and avenges her father and Thievingstar's death, but it is not enough. She is not enough.
› Smallstorm returns to camp extremely distraught after the war. Very briefly, she allows her brother to comfort her, and for a moment, they feel close again. But then he slips back into his games, and she pulls away. With too much guilt in her heart over her father's death, she feels resentment building for his brother, and begins to question why wasn't he there?
