HollowHeart
Redwoodclan
a silver and black tabby with amber eyes
warrior
male
31 moons
Appearance
Hollowheart has a thin feathery silver and black coat that hides his looks of wanting to fight. He is not as bulky as his brother but still rivals him in that they are both tall. Hollowheart's amber eyes are usually bright and energized but when he falls into seriousness they fail to hide his darker attitude. His fleecy chest fur is thin and tends to stick outwards, otherwise he is shorthaired.
He is not fully dense in muscle and the long cold leaf-bares do get to him, but he tends to just find a she-cat to solve that dilemma. Hollowheart's nose and the pads of his large paws are pink. With a silver and black tail that is longer than average and feathery much like the rest of him.

Personality
Charming: When Hollowheart is not being self-absorbed or boastful he can be endearing. He tells himself that he is a prepossessing sight and the rest just comes naturally. Such charisma muddles with some attention seeking, making Hollowheart not above charming cats into doing things they may not want to do. With that in mind, Hollowheart does things to make himself appear better than others whether successful or not.
Spontaneous: Hollowheart is unforced by morals but is loyal and caring towards his family to the extent of keeping guilty pleasures concealed. His family and the warrior code that RedwoodClan goes by keeps him thankfully constrained where otherwise his lack of morals would run rampant. But this trait more so means he finds sudden thrills and amusement in that which should have none.
Barbarous: If a cat is not fortunate enough to catch his more charming side then Hollowheart is most likely suffering from boredom. The unlucky soul is prone to his verbal scathing and desires to inflict humiliation or afflictions. Hollowheart personally hates when his spitefulness is pent up for too long and fears doing such acts in front of family members he cares about.
Judgemental: Underneath the calm looks, Hollowheart can be critical of when those around him make themselves out to be a fool or as they express insecurities. While he does indulge in non-romantic physical touch for comfort he is not above turning down those he feels are too weak. This can lead cats around him to have varying levels of perception of his politeness and charm, making managing all their different views a stressful job to Hollowheart.
History
During a fit of multiple battles over the mooncave territory with LichenClan, Hollowkit grew up blissfully and loved. Born to their mother, Daisystorm, Hollowkit's birth followed that of his brother, Ravenkit, and after Hollowkit came another brother who was unfortunately stillborn. Batpelt, their father, wasn’t in the nursery for the birthing but was mortified at the news of a stillborn. Despite this, Daisystorm was patient and knew he would come around eventually so she focused herself on the kits. Her kindness and patience eventually brought Batpelt to see his kits. Hollowkit was happy to see his father and has no recollection of him ever being distant due to their stillborn brother.
The silver and black kit just wanted to spend his days sleeping curled up to mama but was dragged away by his brother’s need to prove he was going to be so strong. Ravenkit’s rambunctious energy trampled upon Hollowkit’s desires for sleeping and snuggling Daisystorm. More or less forced to, Hollowkit was a good brother and let Ravenkit have his way in the skirmishes. His brother may have been bigger, but on the occasion Ravenkit pushed Hollowkit too far and in turn he scratched up his brother’s nose without hesitation. Even when the silver tabby drew blood his brother’s eagerness was unaffected, causing it to happen again and again, time after time. In secret, Hollowkit grew to love the squeals of his brother getting what he deserved for all the pushing and chasing.
Hollowpaw’s training was quite enjoyable, but there was no escaping his brother’s competitive drive. Ravenpaw wanted to get physical to prove he was stronger and Hollowpaw indulged him, despite his mind growing more susceptible to dark thoughts. His apprenticeship was overall uneventful except for a few trips to the medicine cat den for rough housing. During his apprenticeship the tribe sent a messenger who appeared at one of the Clan gatherings to ask for help. Hollowpaw remained slient but the cruelness had already blossomed in his heart and he found himself unable to care for the tribe, and especially not LichenClan. So what they're sick? Let them suffer.
He tolerates the tribe in dialogue but otherwise if he was alone with one, Hollowheart wouldn't hesitate to hurt them. In addition, the silver tabby tom does not really care for the fact that once upon a time a patrol of tribe cats assisted them against fighting LichenClan. Otherwise he is well-behaved and rarely speaks about his fiendish and remorseless behaviors, only occasionally sometimes he has slip ups. Eventually, he earned his warrior name alongside his brother, making them Hollowheart and Ravenfeather.
Currently as a warrior, Hollowheart remains stuck in frequent fits of boredom that cause him to seek out using others for entertainment just as his brother did to him. Hollowheart struggles with feelings of wanting to blame Ravenfeather but otherwise loves his brother and doesn’t know what he would do without him. He loves his family but ultimately struggles with hiding his desires to satisfy spite and to engage in any amount of dissipated behaviors under the sun.
