hey all! the name's owl, though i use owliish as my username on a lot of platforms, and i go by she/they pronouns! i've been on forum rps for about 4 years and rping for a little longer than that. basically as long as i could have (without breaking the rules hah) since i joined my first site when i was 13 and i'm 17 now. i got my start on ataxia, migrated to eod/edge of dawn with a lot of peeps, and have hopped around on a couple smaller sites since then! and now i'm here and hopefully here to stay c:
i like to draw so i'll definitely be drawing the kiddos i make on here, possibly some scenes since i want to get better at backgrounds. i also tend to write unnecessarily long rp posts (someone help me i cannot stop) so apologies in advance if you get a novel from me. i'd consider myself a dog person however much i love cats, probably influenced by my family being allergic so we can't have one as a pet :c we do little rescue pupper named Ben (he's a slimmer black lab lookalike despite not being a lab mix) who is just over a year old, and i also really like reptiles and fish! i have a crested gecko named Ollie as well a betta and would love to have a snake one day. i've never been very good at introducing myself and i don't want to ramble so i'll end it here, i'm very excited to plot and get to know everyone better!! <3

As a fellow dog person, I am ALWAYS down for pup pics. And! reptiles and fish! I have a snake and used to have a 55 gallon fish tank but unfortunately, we had to downsize :-( What kind of snake do you want?

hey maxx it's super nice to meet you too! i'd love to do an art trade oo: i'll definitely have to take you up on that at some point, probably after school calms down a little for me (i do have the next week off so maybe then!!)
i might post some pics of my pets in the discord, i have photos of all of them but they're a little outdated so i'll need to take some new ones xD the snake i have eyes for is the mexican black kingsnake! but i'll do more research on other snakes before i decide—i have plenty of time to make my mind up and i could always get multiple snakes if i so wished.
can't wait to get to know you better and get those sweet plots with your charries (you know that i'm already checking out their apps haha) |

welcome to the islands owl! glad to have you. i probably started roleplaying around age 13 as well, but that's a lot longer time for me as i'm in my mid-twenties >.<
anyway, definitely share pet pics on discord when you can! we love pets of all kinds. i have a dog (bred = cute mutt) and five cats. also lots of houseplants which are basically pets since i have to feed, water, and care for them right?
anyways, again, welcome to the site! can't wait to roleplay and get to know you better!
