Constructive feedback is "providing useful comments and suggestions that contribute to a positive outcome, a better process or improved behaviors. It provides encouragement, support, corrective measures and direction to the person receiving it." (University of Tasmania).

-Always be sure to prioritize the feedback that the poster has asked feedback on.
-In your critique, whether it be through bullet or paragraph form, include 3 positives, and 2 areas to construct. Reference specific details to support your feedback.
-Do not take things personally if your critic is providing constructive feedback. By posting in this forum you are opening yourself up to feedback.
-Do not have a discussion about the feedback on this forum.
-After a post has reached 3 reviews, it will be closed from critique. You are welcome to send it to other people for feedback outside of the forum.
-If there are certain people you are hoping to critique your work you can tag them. They are under no obligation.
