CLAN AND/OR OUTSIDER CATS
Breezepaw
ThistleClan
brown tabby with green eyes
Apprentice
Male
8 moons
Appearance
By looking at him, you would assume that Breezepaw holds himself in the highest regard. Not only does this tom move with a grace and confidence that would be envious to even the most vain of warriors, but he does it in such a way that truly seems to embody a spirit of grace. Now, as for Breezepaw’s pelt, there’s nothing particularly remarkable about it; with a lighter brown underbelly and darker base, along with black markings, Breezepaw is the perfect picture of a normal tabby. His tail is quite long, offering him better balance when he needs it, and thankfully, a short pelt keeps him from getting too dirty. Now, as for his eyes, they are a striking olive green; designed to draw others in. Breezepaw’s got a fairly round face; one might even say that he’s still got some of that kit-fluff on it, but alas, it seems that he’s just meant to go through life with a fluffy little face. However, the sharp cut of his ears and, as mentioned before, his olive eyes, are enough to throw aside any preconceived notions about his harmlessness. Breezepaw’s built up some muscle, and although he’s not as strong as he’d like to be, he’s getting there; one step at a time. Eventually, he’ll be a dangerous predator, no doubt about it. But for now, he’s still learning, and he hardly looks like someone to watch out for.
Personality
OBLIVIOUS. PLAYFUL. SENSITIVE. IMMATURE. SUPPORTIVE.
To say that Breezepaw is oblivious would be… well, to state the obvious, and even then, hey may not pick up on it. Generally, it takes a lot to grab and hold his attention, and as for getting him to pick up on subtleties, you’d have better luck doing literally anything else. Outright stating facts to Breezepaw is, in general, the way to go, especially if you’re looking for something that has to do with romance. Oh boy, Breezepaw’s… bad at picking up hints when it comes to that. Best of luck, really, because chances are, this tom will drive you out of your mind before you can say or do anything to make him understand. Now, it’s not all bad; granted, Breezepaw’s oblivious nature can be frustrating, but he’ll make it up to you… with a good game. There’s nothing this tom loves more than playing, and in general, he tends to deflect any sensitive topics with a laugh and an offer to move on to something else. There’s no question about it; when it comes to serious topics, Breezepaw’s the king of avoiding them. You may be asking, why would he be so worried about that… and the question lays in his sensitive nature. You see, Breezepaw dislikes anything that gives him what he refers to as “bad feelings”, and tries to live on the happy, outgoing side of life. It’s not so much being optimistic as it is avoiding any problems that come his way, but he’s just not good at dealing with them. You can blame him for it, but he’s more likely to pretend he doesn’t hear you than deal with that. Try to avoid outright insulting him; while Breezepaw will undoubtedly let the insult slide, it’s just another pile-on to make him feel bad. Now, keeping that in mind, it’s only fair to say that Breezepaw is incredibly immature. As mentioned before, he’s not good at dealing with his feelings, and anything that remains serious for more than a few minutes is quickly pushed aside, in favor of something that involves more exciting activities. He’s not quite a daredevil, but he’s close enough that he likes to think of himself as one. As a matter of fact, Breezepaw probably has more in common with kits than he does other apprentices. Now that we’re coming to the end of explaining Breezepaw’s personality, leaving things on a positive note seems like a wise idea. So with that, it’s important to remember that Breezepaw is a very supportive young tom. While sensitive topics aren’t his thing, if you’re worried about something, he’ll be sure to hype you up and make it clear that he’s there for you, no matter what. So although he’s annoying at times, if you need someone to make you feel like the king of the world? Look no further than Breezepaw.

History
KITHOOD
Born into a family of go-getters and warriors who were so ambitious, they died trying to climb the ranks, Breezekit was someone who didn't care about all of that. While his siblings were vying for his parents' favor, he was off playing games with anyone who cared to pay attention to him; and boy, there were some fantastic games to be had where Breezekit was concerned. His initial goal was to gain his parents' attention through being different, but unfortunately, he was ignored in favor of his more promising siblings. So instead, Breezekit found other ways of entertaining himself; namely, distracting from any disappointment he felt at his parents' rejection by going off and playing games. This became more and more common as their apprentice ceremony grew closer and closer, and Breezekit was determined that no matter what happened on that day, he wasn't going to care. Then again... as the day actually came, Breezekit found himself growing worried over what his parents were going to think. Would they be proud of him? Would he get a good mentor, would he be able to train?
APPRENTICEHOOD
Surprisingly enough, Breezekit (now Breezepaw) ended up with a mentor who seemed to genuinely care whether he succeeded or lost (and not because it would reflect on their own reputation), and with his worries aside, he threw himself into training. Tragically, after only the first moon of this, Breezepaw's mentor died in an accident. His parents, focused on their other kits and already planning to have another litter, didn't seem to notice how upset Breezepaw was. So as he always had, he threw himself into playing games and distracting himself with trivial tasks. He has yet to be assigned a new mentor.
