In a Clan known for nothing if not its gargantuan proportions, it is odd then that Thymekit should be born anything but. Small and rakish where others are large and broad, she has no veritable weight or cumbersome furs to boast of, but a plain, wispy coat and a thin, spindly frame. No piercing whites disrupt the monotony of her stripes, no creams mingle to give them flair; she is only a simple and unembellished blue, as plain and unassuming as her mother. And it is her mother whom she takes most strongly after. The small, narrow head, the defined jawline and petite maw—the two large eyes only like her father in that they are green and touched through with the softest hints of amber.

Yet it is there that her father’s touch wanes, for she is nothing if not her mother’s daughter. Though small, she totes long limbs that—perhaps in some other world with fairer circumstances—would have lent her something in the way of tallness. She is lithesome and light on her feat, small-footed and graceful and pretty in the most peculiar of ways. To her, smiles and laughter come as easily as breathing, and the corners of her mouth seem always to be smiling, showing the sharp points of canines jutting down in a devilish grin, as filled with idle mischief as her person.

A genuine Southern Belle and the apple of the family’s eye, Thymepaw, runt though she may be, is a precocious and enduring creature with the vivacity not of one born feeble and sickly but robust and strong. She possesses a high nature and jaunty spirit, quick to humor with a reckless and indulgent temperament that is sure to get herself and those around her into a fair bit of trouble. She is fond of laughter and merrymaking, extempore verses, and hymns and has a general lack of self-awareness that can almost be mistaken for courage.

Yet, for all her intemperate tendencies, she is first a cat who values family, and however bossy and forceful she may be, however pushy, nosy or intrusive, enabling or mischief-making, she is sure to first consider her loved ones in most everything she does—though the way in which she does so may be less than agreeable to some and negligent to others. Still, she is so charming and ebullient a flame that few can frown on her for too long. She has an infectious, provoking air, and her penchant for storytelling and yarn-spinning make her a formidable entertainer fond of lifting trodden spirits and wrapping most any cat around her paw.

Key Motivation(s): Thymepaw is motivated by her own curiosity. All things which intrigue her, be they the Clans across their border or what it feels like to fall head over heels for another are things which, when her interest is sparked in them, will fuel her without end.

✦✦ Season 2023, Green Leaf || The Great Battle fought and over, Finchstar and Pebblefoot address the occasion with their own litter. Birthing two sons and two daughters, Thymekit, alongside her siblings Violetkit, Parsleykit, and Acornkit, are born amid times of peace and celebration.

✦✦ Season 2023, Leaf Bare || A kithood of peace is replaced by an apprenticeship that threatens war. After the flood, which brought LichenClan and ThistleClan within their borders, their pine-dwelling neighbors have since refused to secede their claim to the Bear Stones given to them out of charity. Their demands are refused, and Finchstar, Tigerpool, and Woodfrost begin regaling their warriors for an attack to push ThistleClan out of their hunting grounds. Despite the excitement of some of her peers, Thymepaw feels deeply perturbed by these revelations and begins devising a plan alongside her kin to dissuade her father from further violence.
