Clawkit boasts a large size. Strong shoulders round his frame. As a kitten his fluff and small legs give him a tunky appearance. As the tom ages his legs lengthen, transforming into a strong, stout apprentice and warrior.  

His pelt resembles his mother's. Dark tabby stripes criss cross a lighter brown base. Long fur waves in wisps around him. Perhaps a more defining mark is the white that wraps up around his chin and lips, curving into a dip at his nose.

Clawkit's muzzle is short and round. Adorable as a kit, as he ages a fierce and determine look hardens his face. Bright and keen amber eyes peer from under long and curled eye lashes

Doted on by his mother, Clawkit developed a fierce and determined nature. He was her pride, and so he became prideful. Domineering over those beneath him, his haughty nature will slowly become tempered by his father's more gentle and humble nature. As a young kit and apprentice he resorts to angry violence to get his way. Clawkit will learn that if he wishes to get what he want, being mean and cruel isn't the best route to achieve it. 

Clawkit learns to be charismatic, amiable to those he likes and wants to be liked by. His determination helps him to achieve what he wants and make friends around him. Unfortunately, being doted on by his mother, and a inclination for accomplishment, leaves Clawkit unaccustomed to losing and failing. It leaves him vulnerable and weak, a feeling foreign to him and something he could never admit to being.

Clawkit's athletic and daring nature makes him fun to be around. Never low on courage Clawkit is always willing to try something new and be the first to volunteer for dangerous tasks. He does not lack confidence, which is sometimes a fault as he cannot understand how anyone would not like or admire him. He naturally assumes a leader position, although he rarely has ulterior motives other than just wanting to be liked and admired. 

Proud, ambitious. Determined and steadfast. His boastful nature can be irritating. His pride and ambition can lead him to lash out in anger if he doesn't accomplish what he wants, or feels he is being held back. Supported in different ways by both his parents will make him think he can never fail, so when ultimately the time comes and he does he will grapple with it and as he ages learn some difficult lessons in humility.

Born of full LichenClan blood, it is also tainted by his father's time as a rogue. Rootclaw and Stormfoot seem an unlikely pairing. After the fall of Minnowstar they had freedom to come together in LichenClan. Rootclaw bore two kits - Clawkit and Swiftkit. Her son, Clawkit, named for her own strength. Her daughter, Swiftkit, named for Stormfoot's own sister who died in the final battle a war to end Minnowstar's reign. Clawkit will be raised in a world that is no longer mared by Minnowstar's living presence, but the kit will leave in a world still reckoning with her reign.
