Rosepaw
"I just wanted to see what all the fuss was about..." Rosepaw thought to herself as she tramped around in the snow. When she was younger it hardly snowed or she wasn't really allowed out of the tunnels when it did. But she was almost a warrior and she wanted to enjoy being young just a little longer so she decided to go on an adventure outside. She told her sister where she was heading and to cover for her if any cat asked for her before leaving the entrance to the camp.
Once outside she couldn't believe just how beautiful it all was. Everything covered in white. She looked up at the clouds and could see that they were dark and would possibly produce more snow. She wanted to stay outside until that happened. She wanted to try to catch snowflakes as if she were a kit again. She decided to take a walk through the trees, see just how much the snow changed the landscape. It was all so beautiful to her.
As she explored, she didn't notice just how close she was getting to the border they shared with the Redwoodclanners. The snow hid most of the scents so it wasn't until she crossed the border that she noticed that the trees around her weren't the white pines that she grew up in, these trees were darker in color and so much taller. She heard a noise behind her and turned to see a light pelted cat approaching her.
