TANSYFLOWER
LICHENCLAN
white-and-orange she-cat with green eyes
warrior
SHE-CAT
twenty-five MOONS
Appearance
Tansyflower can be described as a typically ordinary she-cat. She believes beauty is in the eye of the beholder and does not take high standards into her own appearance. If she is lovely to another or even ugly to another, she does not care. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Her coat is thin, pale orange with white. Her head is half covered in orange, while her body has splotches of it primarily on her back with a white underbelly.
Tansyflower has green colored eyes with a pink nose. Her features are largely untainted by the warrior’s way of life. Somehow, she always gets lucky enough to avoid heavy scars, but they are there; just not very noticeable. She is not typically a good fighter, so she tends to try and avoid the thick of battle. Much more a hunter, she is lean and swift of paw. But what shines the most is her outgoing, cheerful personality.
Mostly, she is the same as any other LichenClan cat. She is lithe and lean, with a lighter coat to blend in. Her features are delicate and feminine, though there is an air of pride. Like many in her Clan, Tansyflower has a water-resistant coat. She is nimble and fast, especially in the water.

Personality
- ADAPTABLE; Tansyflower tends to go with the flow and not bother too much with details. She is easily changeable and acceptable of another's opinions or viewpoints. Able to adjust to new conditions, the she-cat does not stress much over small things. If its good enough for her Clan; it's good enough for her. She would follow her Clan loyally, despite whoever happens to be leader.
- WHIMSICAL; a happy-go-lucky female, hence her prefix of flower. She generally is always cheerful and endearing in an almost amusing way. Tansyflower seems to flit through life as if on a cloud. She can be playful and teasing in a good mannered way. Most of her Clanmates can be put off by this behavior, as they tend to be quieter and speak only when concerned. There are many times when Tansyflower is ignored or downright having a cat being curt with her. She doesn't seem to mind, accepting of their own traits.
- NAIVE; or rather ignorant of conflict, the she-cat tries to give people the benefit of the doubt. No matter what she has heard about them, if they meet her she gives them a blank slate. This leads her to being in awkward and sometimes dangerous situations where she's taken advantage of.
- IMPULSIVE; she can stick her nose in another cat's business quite a bit, leading her to jump to conclusions before gaining all the facts. If corrected, she will apologize profoundly but retreat in embarrassment. Also one of the first cats to throw herself into danger to protect others.

History
- KITHOOD; Tansykit was born to two LichenClan cats over twenty moons ago. Her father was a good warrior, but her mother excelled in hunting. Both were proud parents, even if her kithood was spent in isolation kin-wise. She had no brothers or sisters, the singular kit of her litter. It was odd, but not uncommon. Tansykit was all around happy, her parents giving her the love and attention she required to grow. She wanted for nothing - like any Clan kit - and had plenty of other kits to play with.
As for becoming an apprentice, Tansykit was impatient to start. However, she knew her moment to shine would come soon. She waited with patience, albeit a few wiggling moments where she tried to nag the apprentices to teach her some moves. Just so she'd be prepared for her apprentice hood. Unfortunately, not all the apprentices had the time so she was left moaning about it a few times.
- APPRENTICESHIP; But as stated, her time to shine was soon even. Once she reached of age, Tansykit became Tansypaw. She was given a tom cat named Stoneface as a mentor. Like his warrior name suggested, he was a bit grumpy and inexpressive. A tough taskmaster as well. The young she-cat did her best, though she only ever seemed to shine with hunting. Fighting was never going to be a strong suit, even if she could hold her own in a fight.
As for her connections with other cats, the apprentice was on good terms with most of them. She realized she couldn't please everyone, but in the end she did try to be. Tansypaw got along with most cats. Even warriors. She was cheerful and positive, often speaking excitingly and with passion. Some were charmed by her outspokenness, but others did not think it befitting of a LichenClan warrior. Though she would never stand out as a warrior, she did try to complete each assessment and pass.
- WARRIORHOOD; And pass she did, especially her final assignment. Though Stoneface felt her final skills were subpar at best, she had completed her training regardless. There was no reason not to pass. Not outstanding, nor exceptional in hunting and fighting, her name came from her often unique personality. Tansyflower - for her continual happiness and kindness toward others. She was happy to receive it and promised herself to be the best warrior she could be. But most of all, she would be the best cat she could hope to be.
Each day as a warrior brought its own shares of bliss and trouble. LichenClan had its own shares of drama - and Tansyflower tried to stay out of it. Whatever happened during the moons of trouble, she would begin to re-adjust to her typical way of life. She had trained no apprentice during her moons as a warrior, and her relationships were acceptable to her. Though she looks forward to the day she is given an apprentice, she also is relieved that one hasn't been assigned to her. Deep down, she worries she'd make a good mentor or not. Tansyflower doesn't want the responsibility of potentially ruining another cat's life.
But she would make a good mentor, if assigned by her leader. It'll take time to accept that part of herself, is all.
