PLOT GUIDELINES & RULES
The site-wide plot is predetermined. This means staff have already decided on the outcomes for certain events and/or threads and have a desired direction for the entire outlook of the island. We are not a sandbox style roleplay, so members do not decide the future of the plot. Plots that affect the entire island are not allowed.
INDIVIDUAL CLAN/TRIBE PLOTS
Plots that affect an entire clan/tribe will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If we feel that the plot does not fit our site-wide plot, please respect our decision or be open to collaboration. If you have a clan/tribe plot that would affect the leaders of the clan/tribe or have consequences for the entire clan, please reach out to the respective members:Note: Plots that affect an entire clan/tribe will also be evaluated by our current HP members. If an HP member feels uncomfortable with the idea or wants to collaborate, be ready to work with them as well.
INDIVIDUAL CHARACTER PLOTS
Individual plots between characters are more than welcome as long as they do not disrupt the entire ecosystem of the island or clan/tribe. Only reach out to the appropriate staff member if you feel like your plot crosses into clan/tribe plot territory.
A moon of rain and storms has placed the clans and tribe in precarious positions as leaf-fall continues toward its relentless apex. As the largest storm of the season beats down on the islands, the clans scramble to cope with the damage.
Above the shore, Redwoodclan remains largely unaffected by the storms, save for a few fallen trees. However, inner-clan turmoil threatens to tear the once noble and courageous clan apart as they continue to lose to Lichenclan's relentless assaults.
With most of their dens below the surface, Thistleclan's camp is utterly destroyed in the violent storm, their once safe and homely ravine flooded and herb storage decimated beyond repair. With leaf-bare, sickness on the horizon, and an ever looming threat of ravenous rogues, the conifer cats' future is bleak.
Maintaining their hold on the Mooncave, Lichenclan continues their stronghold over the Island. Despite flooding on their shore, their camp is largely unscathed during the storm, solidifying Minnowstar's belief that Starclan had answered her prayers: the storm was sent to wash out the sinners and reward the true servants of Starclan.
Across the lake, the Tribe of Floating Stones has once again been cut off from clan cats in the aftermath of the storm. Due to raging flood waters and violent winds, large chunks of the sandbar have collapsed, making it impossible to cross without braving the churning waters. Only those strong enough to swim can brave these currents.
CLAN & TRIBE PLOTS
Warriors in RedwoodClan grow frustrated with their continual defeats. In an attempt to bolster Clan morale and help in the war, Redfox instructed her senior warriors to lead training patrols for all Clan members (Let’s Get Down to Business). Conversations arise between Clanmates on methods to help in battle, the purpose of the war, and how RedwoodClan should move forward (If You're with Me).
While some have lost confidence in Finchstar, others stand in firm support of their leader. Hopefully, as the Clan becomes more vocal about the situation as a whole, Finchstar will find his confidence as leader of RedwoodClan.
Note: The RedwoodClan vs. LichenClan Battle (This Kingdom is Ours) is still ongoing, although the conclusion has been revealed. Please prioritize this thread so we can finish this epic battle!
- As tensions rise in battle, all members of RedwoodClan are working to make a better and stronger RedwoodClan.
ThistleClan is reeling as their camp is flooded from the recent storms (Either way, You Won't be Going Thirsty). Ratwhisker scrambles with his clan-mates to recover his stock of herbs, but much is lost. The curfew is still in effect, and as warriors begin to break the order to not leave camp alone the threat of punishment increases.
Thievingstar is strained to the breaking point as she deals with rogue threats and sends a patrol to the tribe island to annihilate the outsiders (Under the Shroud of Secrecy). Many warriors begin to wonder, are all rogues as bad as they’re made out to be? The pine-dwelling clan must also deal with the helpful RedwoodClan trespassers, and the investigating LichenClan trespassers (Measured out in Miles).
- ThistleClan is under a strict curfew. Cat’s must remain in camp from sunset to sunrise, and no cat may leave camp alone.
- Thistleclan's camp is destroyed due to excessive storms and rain. Ratwhisker has consequently lost most of his herb stock.
Minnowstar’s sanity begins to decline. Her obsession with the tribe leads her to send a patrol to investigate the sand bar (Measured out in Miles). When a defeated band of warriors return, the leader gather’s her two medicine cats to prepare a sacrifice to StarClan to beg for their intercession (Sacrificial Lamb). Growing concerned over the fate of her lineage, Minnowstar searches for a potential mate so that her bloodline may continue on (Be Sure Your Sin Will Find You Out).
- Members of the rebellion continue to recruit cats in secret.
The Tribe met new faces when ThistleClan crossed the Sand Bar (Under the Shroud of Secrecy). While the Tribe has grown stronger over Green-Leaf, the rain and storm have threatened their safety once more. After the encounter with ThistleClan, some begin to wonder if Hemlock’s fears are correct, and they should be more concerned about the possibility of a LichenClan visit...
- Cardinal passes to the Tribe of Endless Hunting
- The Tribe continues to regain what strength they can and prepare for the coming winter.
