Echodot
Thistleclan
Fawn tabby with big amber eyes.
warrior
demiboy
23 moons
Appearance- I've got a thing for all the ones who hurt me bad
Echodot's build is small and condensed, just as most Thistleclan cats are. He's not as bulky as other warriors, his oriental frame being thin and elegant. It adds to his gorgeous appeal, but he despises his short size. He has thin legs and a small neck, and his appearance is very feminine.
He's smaller than most, and his short fur doesn't help. He's a fawn spotted tabby, with gorgeous dotted markings all over his fur. That's how he got his name, Echodot. Echo for his shrill cries at birth and dot for his spotted coat pattern. His fur is thin and delicate, not being much support during colder days. He likes to cuddle with his clanmates during the cold nights to get more warmth from them.
Like most Orientals, Echodot's face is angular and narrow. his pointed nose gives him a triangular shape, and he has tall ears that make his face look even smaller. His nose is a bright red, and his whiskers are short and thin. No matter what though, his most prominent feature is his big beautiful eyes which seem to pierce the soul. He has tabby spots that go from his forehead down his back, and some on the sides of his face. His eyes are a gorgeous amber color.

Personality- you could say that your demons excite me
Sweet and Charismatic: Echodot is the kind of nice that makes people fall for him immediately. He acts rude as best as he can but deep under his sassy and bright nature he has a thick layer of charisma. In all forms of the word, he's a tsundere. Though his humor is a little dark it's easy to fall for this lovable dork anyways. His sweet attitude ostracizes him from the clan though, so he tends to hide it with cruel words and snarky remarks.
Gullible and Compulsive: Echodot is gullible, falling for many lies. He’s the kind to never realize when he’s being taken from, also having a bad sense of Stockholm syndrome. He often sympathizes with people, no matter how bad they are, and tries to help them the best he can. It doesn't help that he's also brash and compulsive, taking charge in situations and leading others into risky situations. When he wants something he does anything in his power to get it.

History- your love's the sweetest hell i've had.
Echokit was born into a family with a manipulative mother and a father who was never there. He was raised on the idea that in order to get what he wanted he’d have to guilt trip, manipulate, and chastise others. He himself was often given severe punishments from his mother when he acted wrongly. Maybe that’s why he grew up the way he did, believing there was still good in everyone. His mother was a wicked woman and yet she still whispered words of love into his ear. She confused his young mind, making him believe it was normal for someone to be manipulative towards someone they love. After all, what else could love possibly be?
His mother also struggled with the concept of love. She was abused throughout her childhood, by both of her parents. It was hard for her, and she took out her years of experience on her son.
He was excited to be assigned to his mentor, Moonshine. She was a fast and furious she-cat who loved battle, and trained Echopaw well. His training was always hardcore and he looked forward to it everyday. He has a few scars from mock battles with her that ended up too rough.
He had a troubled childhood, never quite fitting in with the others. Moonshine saw this and tried to pick him up but he lacked the mean spirit they all had, though he eventually took on a similar personality to his den mates when the cruel whispers became too much. He tried really hard to be perfect for everyone, his mother and his clanmates included. He just wanted to be praised, to be liked.
A memory that still haunts him to this day is a tom who pretended to love him, who bathed him at sunset and gave him small gifts for Echodot to line his nest with. Echopaw fell for this tom, crashed like a meteor. He thought they'd be together forever. Starclan had different plans for the two toms though, seeing as this tom never really loved Echopaw but was using him in order to get back at a she-cat. The presents were always given to Echodot when she was in sight, the conversations and lovey dovey words were always within her earshot. When this tom's plan finally worked and he got what he wanted he cast aside Echopaw.
This happened before he took his warrior name, Echodot. Theivingstar picked his suffix for his spotted pelt, and although it’s simple Echodot holds the name with pride. He got it at the age of 15 moons, the average age for a warrior to be given their name. He trained hard, so it made sense for him.
Despite how hard he worked, despite all the effort he put into making his personality and opinions the same as his clan, he’s been ostracized. Cats just don’t seem to enjoy his company. She-cats dislike him for his feminine appeal because other toms see him as girly and cute, and toms don’t respect him because they see him as weak. He’s still a part of the clan, but he often feels lonely.
