Hazelberry was big for his age when he was an apprentice. It was only when he finally reached his warrior status that he was able to grow into his size and become more accustomed to it. His body is thin with some muscular development in his chest and shoulders. He can thank all the time he climbed trees with Redcloud for this change in his appearance. He has yet to use this change in his physique in a true one on one battle.

Although not as twitchy as it was in his early moons, Hazelberry's tail will still quiver at the end when he is excited. Its embarrassing at times but hes learned to deal with it. Mostly by watching who he talks to. 

His fur is still short in length and he is fine with it. He has seen cats with longer hair and feels sorry for them in the summer moons but wished he had that same length himself in the winter moons. 

Even in his warrior moons, Hazelberry still sports a very open and friendly face. His head shape has a nice roundness to it with green eyes set into it. With the short fur however, cats might see his head as almost slender like most of the rest of his body. Others could argue this fact. 

+Friendly
This is almost a flaw for him lately. It was thanks to this friendly nature of his that he befriended a cat from another clan. He is one of those cats that wants to be friends with all no matter their background. 

+Loyal
Be it family or friends or a clanmate, Hazelberry is loyal to those he trusts and trust him. It was this loyalty that helped save a friend very close to him from a clan that would of killed them if he didn't get out and away from them

+Adventurous
As time went on, this feeling just grew in him. Now that he has been a warrior for some time he wants to go on even more adventures and bring along his friends. He wants to share as many experiences with them as he can for as long as he's still alive.

-Clumsy
Even after he has finally grown into his body, Hazelberry is still prone to the occasional tumble. He gets lost in his thoughts in doesn't watch where he's walking. Usually ends with his pride being hurt from tripping over a root or running into a thorn bush.

-Overthinks
As time went on, Hazelberry found himself thinking about every little thing that could happen in any situation. Good, bad, doesn't matter.

Hazelkit was born to Acornfur and Tallheart. Of the litter, he was the only one to survive. His parents were devastated. His mother blamed herself everyday, claimed StarClan was punishing her. His father tried his best to console her, telling her that it was nothing she did. That this happened sometimes and they should be thankful that one of their kits survived. They did everything they could to give him the best life they could, trying not to dwell on how they lost his sisters.


Hazelkit was told later on that he used to have siblings and they tried their best to explain what happened. Being young, he didn't understand it all the way. Only thing he took from the conversation was that he had siblings and they were gone. When he was able to leave the den he would look for them. He promised himself that he would be the one to find them. 

Time had passed and before he knew it he was being made an apprentice. Dawnlight was the best mentor and cat could of asked for. She was very understanding and did her best to work with him during his awkward phase. With his long limbs, it was a wonder that he could do anything even semi right. But with alot of work and patience he was finally able to prove himself as a warrior.

During this time, he met a cat during a gathering. A red tom by the name of Redpaw. He was friendly enough to talk to even though he was from a rival clan. It wasn't until later that he learned that their interaction had caused the tom alot of problems in his clan. It was a harmless interaction in Hazelpaws eyes but not as harmless to the leaders of Lichenclan. 

It was a few moons later that he saw the cat again. It was at another gathering and at that one they talked about meeting at the border. It was a risky thing for both of them to do but Hazelpaw was willing to break rules to talk to this cat again. It was during this meeting that he tried to convince now Redcloud to leave his clan and come live with Hazelberry.

He was hesitant though. But during a major battle between the two clans, Hazelberry was able to rescue his friend and plead his case to his leaders. They gave Redcloud refuge and Hazelberry couldn't beleive it. He promised to take care of the tom until he could become part of the clan himself. On top of his other duties of course. 

Moons had passed and another battle broke out. One that Hazelberry wasn't a part of. Many cats lives were lost all over. But it was thanks to this battle that the tyrant leader Minnowstar was finally killed. No more lives to bring her back, she was long gone. After hearing this he was scared that Redcloud would return to Lichenclan like some of the other cats had. So far he has stayed in the clan with him and he hopes this is a good sign for things to come.
