Warbler
Redwoodclan
Tall brown tabby and white she-cat with green eyes
warrior?
she-cat
21 moons
Appearance
Warbler is exetremely tall and very skinny compared to other cats. She is somewhat weak, lacking in much muscle mass. The lack of meat is probably because of how rare prey was in the Northern Dissenters(which is where she grew up).
Her pelt is brown with dark brown stripes which can look like black at times. White fur encompasses the neck, the chest, legs, and a small line on the belly. Her fur is short.
Warbler's muzzle is white. Her eyes are a bright green.

Personality
Hardworking: Warbler is a very hardworking cat. She can be extremely restless when sleeping or recovering from wounds. She sometimes hunt by herself without waiting for the patrol because she feels useless when not doing anything. If Warbler does not catch prey during the patrol she'll try to hunt for more, a habit developed during her moons as an outsider.
Gratitude: When someone does something nice for her, Warbler always try to return the favour. Whether it is saying something polite back, helping them in times of need or giving gifts, she tries her best. Whenever she fails to return favour, she gets upset. When the cat in question says to not return the favour, Warbler will try to anyways. The only time she does not return the favour is when she has a strong grudge against the cat in question. She probably does this to feel belonged in the clan.
Vengeful: Warbler holds onto grudges for long periods of time. While she may not hold a grudge if a cat accidently stepping on her tail, she will most certainly hold a grudge when she feels a cat have intentionally stepped on her tail. Worse yet, if a cat decides to mock her. If she feels the moment isn't situationally appropriate to retaliate, Warbler shall bide her time. She has little time for forgiveness, especially for those who holds a strong grudge against.
Low Self Esteem: Warbler always felt she was useless. This worsened when her mother died. Because of this she works very hard to try to feel as though she is not useless.
History
When Warbler was still a loner her name was Warbler because her mother heard warblers sing during summertime. She never knew her mother’s name nor did she know her father at all. She always knew her mother as “mom” or “mommy”. She and her mother lived in a hole in the Northern Dissenters where it is unpleasant and barren.
It was hard living as outsiders. It never felt like there was enough food to go around. They were always hungry, sometimes starving, but never full. Even before adolescence Warbler was taught some hunting skills in case her mother were to starve to death or abandon her. Every summer, Warbler heard warblers sing. It brought her little family joy and hope. When Warbler is nearing adolescence she would hunt prey as well. She had to keep hunting, otherwise they’ll starve to death or worse.
At the end of each day Warbler returned to the same old hole in the ground with. Warbler and her mother shared any prey they caught that day if they caught any. While her mother was open to stealing from ThistleClan, Warbler was more cautious and never strayed too close to the border.
During one very harsh winter, her mother froze to death. When Warbler tried to wake her up, she discovered she couldn't. She was already weak from starvation and she would’ve died anyways but it didn’t make Warbler any happier. In fact, it only made it worse, knowing that if she just brought back enough prey her mother wouldn't have died. The guilt would probably stay with her for the rest of her life
From that point onward she lived alone. Warbler would steer clear of any cats because she was afraid of them. She also stayed clear of the ThistleClan border. She struggled to feed herself at times but that was normal for her.
When the flood waters came she moved towards clan territories, even though she was thoroughly scared of the clans. That was when she found RedwoodClan. She soon joined RedwoodClan because she had nowhere else to go and because during her stay she realized that if she joined, she would have permanent food and shelter. Currently, Warbler feels as an outsider in her own clan because she does not know the customs nor the politics very well.
