Tribe of Floating Stones
silver oriental tabby she-cat with soft blue eyes
prey-hunter
she-cat
26 Moons
Appearance
Mist That Greets the Dusk has a very slender and athletic build, benefiting her with speed and agility when hunting prey or escaping predators. She is from a lineage of Oriental and Tabby cats.
Mist was born with a short cream white pelt, with light gray rosette and stripe markings encompassing her kit body. As many moons passed, the stripes on her tail and legs became darker. As her rosettes are rare markings from LeopardClan, she takes great esteem in her appearance, cleaning herself diligently between hunts.
Her eyes are a soft blue, mimicking the waters during bare-leaf. Mist has a considerably flat muzzle with a dark bridge leaning up to a mark of an M on her forehead. Like the rest of her fur, Mist's mane is quite short. Her nose is a slightly brown-tinted shade of pink.

Personality
Mist can be competitive at times wanting to always improve and prove herself, become of this she can come off as a bit stubborn. She holds great analytical potential that could prove herself as resourceful to the tribe by providing new methods to survival. While a bit of a social creature, she is a very vocal and strongly-opinionated individual which often results in her butting heads with others. These traits especially come out when she is being protective of her fellow tribe members.
On her downtime, Mist That Greets the Dusk has a more lax attitude becoming very playful and teasing. She often enjoys a lunch sunbathing in the grass after a long day, swimming around or playing with kits in which she has a soft-spot for.

History
Mist That Greets the Dusk was born at dawn on a new-leaf morning, the morning dew still gently laced upon the blooming flowers. The only she-cat in her Mother's first litter of six, she learned to defend herself and fight quite early. As her skills developed, she found her brothers sparring and 'sabotage' matches fun. Her father, a respected Stone-Guard, would often bring them to clearings on the island for their matches. The kits would fight for their father's appraisal and feedback until their mother returned with meals to help restore their energy. When not playing with her brothers, she loved to swim and chase the shadows in the water.
Under the beginning moons of her to-be training, Mist aimed to be a Stone-Guard like her father. Despite focusing most of her energy on her training, practicing after her mentors left, she was one of the last kits to pass her trails. Much to her surprise, she chosen to be prey-hunter. This confused her, as all but one of her brother's had become a Stone-Guards, even the ones easily beaten. She could not perceive a reason why she would be given such a role and the answers the Teller gave her seemed cryptic.
Despite some resistance she reluctantly continued the rest of her training and became a prey-hunter. Slowly, as time passed the role began to grow on her. With a bit of a competitive mindset she began to slowly internally shift foraging into a game. Trying to collect and beat her past 'victories'. While a shallow method, this little game opened her eyes to the wonders that laid underneath this role. While distributing the food she became closer with her community, seeing their displays of gratitude and learning their stories. After the first bare-leaf as an official tribe member, she understood the importance of diverse and ample supplies.
Afterwords, Mist became more developed and serious in her role as a prey-hunter. She no longer needed her 'game' to drive her, but the devotion to her tribe.
As time passed, her family dwindled. Her father falling to illness. Two of her brothers sot out by predators, a gray fox, and a bear; leaving just her mother, two brothers and Mist alive. While elders taught her to trust in endless life, each death filled her with deep sorrowful anger that festered into guilt. Being close-knit with kin, she promised herself that she would find a way to reduce the deaths inside her tribe. There had to be away.
Recently, she has been doing daily runs alone as others asleep, each time reaching farther out from the Floating Islands in hopes of finding rare and obscure supplies.
