Shellbreeze
Lichenclan
A tortishell molly with brilliant blue-green eyes
Warrior
female
26 moons
Appearance
- Shellbreeze is quite the typical Lichenclan cat, she is on the medium or smaller side in weight, but slightly taller than her average clanmate. She has long, extremely well muscled legs, she has mid-length fur that is a bit thicker but still light enough to be able to swim. Her fur is that of a tabby tortishell, muted shades of grey, brown and creams litter her pelt, with paws that are extremely dark. She gives off quite a ‘cute’ look in her face, it’s a bit round, with pointed ears, a perfectly pink nose, a white chin and gorgeous large blue-green eyes. She blend in well with her clan mates except for her brilliantly colored eyes, which set her apart from most.
Personality
✓ introspective
Shellbreeze is an extremely introspective cat, part of this is because of how quiet she is, leaving her mostly in her own head. This is good for her though, as she’s very aware of her own morals and beliefs, and is confident in who she is. It can be a bit distracting though, because sometimes she’ll be doing something important and then kind of just stare off into the void for a bit.
✓ laidback
Shellbreeze is a pretty laidback and open-minded individual, she’s really easy to get along with when she’s willing to talk to you, and she tries not to worry about things often. She’s open to most ideas and will think about them when presented to her. This does not translate to laziness, as she is completely capable of hard work and dedication to her duties and her clan.
✓/✗ quiet
This she-cat has a tendency to be a rather quiet Lichenclan warrior. She doesn’t speak much and is more of a listener. This can be quite good because she can truly listen to what someone’s saying without constantly interrupting, it can be vital if something dangerous is happening and she needs to listen. It can be bad though, as it makes some cats thing she’s hiding something or shy when really she just doesn’t feel the need to speak at all times.
✗ easily distracted
Shellbreeze can be extremely distracted at times. This comes from the fact that she is normally thinking about this or that. It can be a major disruption if she is say, hunting and forgets that she was supposed to be quiet, or if someone is speaking to her and she gets bored. It caused quite a few small issues before, but she can’t really help it, or at least that’s what she tells herself.
✗ blunt
Shellbreeze may be laidback, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t butt heads every once in a while. She’s not a big believer in telling people what they need to hear, she doesn’t normally beat around the bush, and rather, when she does speak, she tries to speak her mind. This can be good if she is just being honest but normally it ends in people becoming angry with her to some degree or another.

History
- Brairleap was a strong, competent, humorous warrior, she has been best friends with Cliffdapple since they were apprentices, and had fallen in love. Therefore, pretty early into their warrior stage, they had kits, as the both wanted children and were deeply in love. They had four kits, Shellkit, the eldest, Meadowkit, the runt, Troutkit, and Spraykit. The parents thanked Starclan for their kits, and their dip in the pool at one moon went without a hitch, and they were hopeful and proud.
But, early in their kithood, their father died in battle, while it barely effected the kits, as they had not been alive long, Brairleap struggled for many moons. She eventually pulled herself together for her kits, and other clan mates pitched in to help feed the kits and give them good influences, and because four kits is really quite a pawful for one parent. They were made apprentices and were each excited to start training.
Shellpaw has a very caring and nurturing mentor, Honeywish, she was older but saw a lot of potential in her apprentice, she taught Shellpaw evenly within all skills she needed, but noticed Shellpaw’s affinity for speed and hunting, deciding to help her with this speciality. Shellpaw became one of the fastest among the apprentices, and would ask the other to race her constantly. Her faith in Starclan was strong, and once every few moons she would seek out the moon cave to confess and bathe within it’s waters.
Another tragedy struck as Meadowkit was injured in a training accident, he never healed properly, though no one could figure out why, and he passed. The whole family was affected, but it brought them closer together, proving they could survive many adversities.
But, this was also about the time Shellpaw and her brother, Troutpaw started arguing privately about how Shellpaw believed Minnowstar was corrupt, and Troutpaw was extremely pro Minnowstar. They never argued publicly, both fearful of what backlash would happen, it drove a divide between the siblings that still existed through y’all of their lives.
The three remaining siblings eventually became warriors, Shellbreeze, Troutfang, and Sprayfur. They started participating in battles more frequently, until a temporary peace in leafbare. Shellbreeze thrives in this environment, as she was never very interested in war.
Peace never lasts long in her clan, though, and she tries to avoid battles as much as possible, but when needed, she always steps up. She had mixed emotions when she learned about the tribe cat who had disrupted the gathering, while she felt pity for the cat, hearing about the clear omen every cat saw struck some doubt in her mind, maybe for once her clan was right. She now sits uncertain of her faith in her clan, but continues to looks to Starclan for answers.
