Appearance
- Stormpool is a unique looking cat if you get the chance to be close enough to notice. Her fur is thick and dense; belly fur occasionally dragging the ground and her ear tufts hide most of her actual outside ear. At first glance, her long fur is a white base covered with random patches of brown throughout her body. The only part of her body that really has more white than brown would be her face, chest and paws. However, with just a brief look, she comes off as a brown cat with white feathering throughout her body.
- Her face, however, is definitely her most catching feature. A large patch of white makes up the majority of her face; circling her mouth and going in between her eyes in a 'blaze' like fashion. The next layer of color going outwards would be a darker, chocolate brown, then fading into a lighter color. She has long, white whiskers that reach about 4 inches from her face and her overall white feathering spreads too, including the tufts of her ears.
- When you really get close, Stormpool isn't that large of a cat, but her thick, fluffed up coat will definitely deceive you, which is her goal. She always keeps her pelt well-groomed and fluffed up, hiding the bulk of thick muscles that are lean and hidden underneath. Her body is well into proportion - her legs and neck to head all balance out, though sometimes her ears look too big for her head underneath all of that fur.

Personality
Stormpool is a bit of a jumbled mess when it comes to her personality. It is all really going to depend on who she is around and what is going on. For the most part, she is a very friendly and social cat. She likes to get to know her clan-mates and understand what makes them tick. Really, she wants to read everyone like a book and spends a lot of her time acting like an empath. She wants to hear your story; the good, the bad, the ugly, all of it in grave detail. While this is usually an advantage in her clan, it also pays a strong card when it comes to rival clans. Stormpool follows strictly with the 'keep your friends close, but your enemies closer' phrase, using it as a guide in her every day life. Think of her as the sweetheart that will always have your back until you screw her over. Then all those little stories you told her will flip over into your worst nightmare come to life.
Stormpool is beyond loyal. She eats, sleeps, and breathes Redwoodclan. They are her family and her whole purpose of living at all. As previously mentioned, she is as sweet as a cat can get until you try to pull a fast one on her. She will be your best friend or your worst enemy, the only time you can be in between is if you are a clan-mate. While of course not all cats are get along, she feels that even the most annoying, unpleasant, or meanest cats in the clan, she still needs to hold them as an acquaintance. Clan is family, no matter how much they make your blood boil.
But, all cats have their downsides. Stormpool is passive, she tends to think a lot before she acts and doesn't lose her temper, no matter how hard one may try. She isn't the type of cat to be impulsive, she is too much into weighing all the pros and cons before taking a step forward. She will defend her clan until her last breath, but when drastic measures are to be taking, she thinks too much. Everything she does or is going to do, it's been well planned and through every outcome that could possibly happen. Because of this, she comes off as guarded and may run from a good thing if she feels the outcome has more negatives than positives at the end of the day.
Still, she remains the best cat to lean on, trust with your secrets, and support you day in and day out. As long as you don't cross her, you'll have a best friend for life.

History
- The queen couldn't have picked a worse time to begin her kitting. The snow plummeted against the ground in large tufts of snowflakes and the wind roared against the branches of the thick trees. If they still had their leaves they would be blowing and creating that eerie puttering sound that they did in the fall. Oh, this was the worst time possible to have her kittens, the medicine cat had told her at least a dozen times now. But, you couldn't stop labor once it went into motion, at least not safely or this far along.
It was a long, dreadful night. But, at least when the dull pink sunrise peeked over the horizon she had five squirming kittens against her belly. Morningdove gave all the kits names even though she knew it would be a blessing if even three of them made it through the season. Stormkit - the first born, strong, fierce and screaming the whole time; Owlkit - the little sister who followed, the hoot of an owl being the only sound that filled her mothers ears over the kittens cries. The other three would succumb to the elements before their second moon, but at least they went up with names: Rainkit, Willowkit, and Wolfkit. All with a story behind each name.
Stormkit and Owlkit were strong from the beginning. They had been larger than the other three and much more lively from the get go. By the time they opened their eyes, they were nothing but flying fur and constantly running their mother crazy. It didn't matter how cold it was or if the weather permitted time outside the den, they were already upon it; constantly finding their way back into the medicine cat den with frost bitten paws or a stifling cold that would have them stuck in the nest eating stinky herbs for a handful of sunrises. By the time they earned their apprentice names, Morningdove and the medicine cat were amazed their fur hadn't gone completely white.
- The two sisters were just as excited as all apprentices are. They couldn't stand still when their mother was trying to groom their long pelts and for the most part, they still stuck up anyway. When the leader called out their names, the young cats rushed forward, ears and eyes perked and wide, ready to begin this new part of their life. Stormpaw would be given a mentor by the name of Shadowheart; a dark tabby with amber eyes that could dig into your soul with one look. She had a strong personality and she was strict in tongue, hopefully something that would be able to keep the quirky apprentice in place and turn her into a fine warrior.
It wasn't the hardest thing in the world. Stormpaw was eager to learn and though her paws moved too slow to keep up with her brain, she learned a lot from her mentor. In some way, the two even became friends the longer they worked together. Shadowheart taught her the ways of her clan, but didn't hide the pride and love that she devoted to all the cats in it. Stormpaw picked it up and not only did she become a smart, skilled warrior, but a mentally devoted and strong-willed one as well.
- When the time came to receive her warrior name, Stormpaw was anxious. So many questions raced through her head about being ready and if Shadowheart was sure that she had learned all the necessary skills to defend the clan. Of course, they wouldn't have gathered the clan and had all the cats staring at her if they hadn't. She was given the name Stormpool for her devoted, yet stable personality. As much as she would give for her clan, it took a lot to rattle her, though all this did was shape her better for the future. Her leader and Shadowheart were sure she was ready, so she would be and do her best from here out.
- It's been about 15 moons since Stormpool received her warrior name and life has slowly fallen into place. She has yet to mentor an apprentice of her own, but she is content on how her life is filling out.
