Sorreltooth is a compact cat. She has short everything; except her tail. It's not uncommon for her to get confused with an apprentice, much to her annoyance. She comes in at a total of twelve inches sitting up straight. Regardless of her size, she is well built. Her body is lined with muscles which helps her come in at a solid nine pounds.
Oranges, black, and white cover this cat from nose to tail tip. Her colors are more patched while her body, tail, and legs are more molted. She has soft white fur that sits on all four paws, her stomach, chest, and chin. Then she has a little 'mustache' of white on her face. The fur is short and is also more coarse on her back than anywhere else.
Her face makes her look like she constantly doesn't care about you or your life. Her eye sockets are more flat than round and it is almost like angry is her personality; despite that not being true. Sorreltooth has white whiskers, but they seem to have an easier time breaking off than others. Usually she has one or more whiskers that are half the length of the others. Her overall face is round with a short, 'petite' muzzle.

This warrior is a clever she-cat. She was able to immediately become a warrior at twelve moons due to this - while her brother wasn't made a warrior for another moon. Sorreltooth is able to quickly think of scenarios for problems and choose the right solution 90% of the time. The only time her cleverness seems to disappear is if someone attacks her with words. She finds it hard to string a sentence together with malice. Usually later she finds the words, but by then it is too late to come back to the other cat with anything.
If anything, this warrior is brutally honest. She finds it hard to lie about anything, even when she's been asked to. Sorreltooth usually will tell others that if no one should know, it shouldn't be told to her. If she knows, someone will find out. Regardless if the information is kind or not. She is often left out of a lot of things until last moment and it has alienated her from the other members in the Clan.
Sorreltooth is a dedicated feline to her work. Throughout her apprenticeship, it was hard to get her to relax. She was constantly looking to do better than the day before. There isn't anything that would get in the way of her completing her task for the day. She's even more focused as a warrior. Unfortunately this meant she wasn't looking for friends, even with her siblings. With little social interaction, she's even worse at it now. Conversations with her are usually short with little to no emotion attached to her words. She'd much rather be moving than be talking. When she is talking, her words drip with sarcasm common among the Clan. It's hard to tell if she likes someone or if she's 'faking' her words.
Expanding off of her anti-social nature, she is very aloof with other cats she does not know. She is completely different with members of her family than even the other members of her Clan. Sorreltooth tries not to be rude about it, but she's also not afraid of warning others with her claws. Mostly she just likes her space; both mentally and physically.

Sorreltooth was born not too long ago to two proud warriors: Dapplednose and Ruststrike. She was born with her brother, Grousetail. She had a pretty easy kithood, though it was lonely. Sorreltooth preferred to be alone since she was very young. She did know how to have fun with her brother, but found him boring as he spent a lot of his time bonding with their parents. She was independent from the start.
Once she was made into an apprentice, her attitude changed. The she-cat learned how to follow directions and when she needed to listen. It was hard for her not to want to do whatever she wished to do. Regardless, she was a star pupil. There was nothing that she wouldn't try. As she grew, she realized how much of a better fighter she was due to her size. Being small, but bulky worked for her to dodge moves easily while landing her own. She wasn't perfect, of course, and her mentor often pinned her. As she reached twelves moons, the amount of times he could pin her lessened. She was average at hunting; though she was excellent at hunting voles as she was able to get to places larger cats wouldn't be able to.
At the age of twelve moons and a few days, she was made into a warrior. That made the bond between her and her brother weaker as he was still an apprentice. It didn't bother her as much as she knew she was the stronger cat. He would become more cold to her as the moons went by. It was then that her mother, Dapplednose announced that she was with kits. Sorreltooth wasn't quite sure how to respond to that. Sure, her parents were still young, but she had hoped they were proud enough of her that they could focus on the kids they had. As the next month passed, she was able to sort out her jealously in time for her siblings to be born. It was hard not to show her admiration for the small kits. She had three new siblings; all which were much more interesting than her brother. Her mother named them Brindlekit(f), Branchkit(m), and Tallkit(m),
A few days later the floods had come. Sorreltooth helped her parents take the new kits to higher ground. It was her duty to protect those that could not protect themselves. It was then that she realized her brother was missing. The family mourned his loss, assuming he had perished like others in the destruction of their camp. If the lose of her brother was enough, when the sickness spread among the Clan, her father was taken by it's claws. Her mother was distraught losing both toms so quickly after each other. Sorreltooth had to be strong for her mother and vowed to keep her and her siblings safe. It was the kindest thing she had ever spoken out loud. While it made her uncomfortable, Sorreltooth couldn't help but feel solely responsible for her family's safety. Thievingstar finally took them away from the area they had stayed temporarily and moved to the Great Owl Tree. She was sad to leave her home, but knew her leader was capable in the end.
She spent the time in the new camp helping her mother reign in the mischievous kits and trying to keep others from dying by hunting- despite her aversion to hunting. Sorreltooth was constantly skipping meals so that her mother and siblings were taken care of. She didn't care how weak she felt. There were a few patrols she was instructed to go on, but nothing exciting happened besides her hunting skills growing ever slightly. She was disappointed twice when Thievingstar passed over her to go with to check on the old camp. She knew she was ready to take on whatever she had to; even the rogues that had appeared to taken up their old camp.
After getting slightly used to the Great Owl Tree, the Clan moved again. This time to an abandoned campground. Sorreltooth was secretly growing tired of moving so much, wishing that they'd find paradise eventually. With each move, she felt even further away from a home.
Just after the last patrol to their camp - and what sounded like a very hostile greating, her siblings were made into apprentices. Brindlepaw, Branchpaw, and Tallpaw were the inspiration that Sorreltooth needed to take care of herself. She felt a better connection to this bunch than she did her own litter brother. She often thought about him and wondered if he perished like the family thought, or if he was out there somewhere, lost.
