The Apostles is a warrior cats roleplay based in northern Wisconsin. On Lake Superior, the wild cats have made the Apostle Islands their home. It is on these islands - Rocky Island and South Twin Island - that the clan and tribe cats have lived in a peace and harmony that ebbs and flows with the tide.
But as the tides turn, so does the truce that binds them to one another; and as the water raises, a darkness follows, an evil that will end in bloodshed and violence.

A friendly soul, Dusk is happy to strike up amicable conversations with anyone he meets. His adventurous spirit continuously takes him to the outreaches of his home and would spend all his time turning over every leaf and stone if possible. With the death of his family, Dusk has taken on the role of training to-bes as best he can though his need to travel still carries him to far off shores whenever possible.
Over the last full season Dusk has become a more somber, quiet tom. Though he still seeks joy and the adventures that whisper on the wind, the Tribe's trials have aged him. The tom now seeks answers from the ancestors but feels unqualified for such insight; even still he feels hopeful the Tribe can pull through their struggles.

A strong defender of Starclan, Sagefrost is a supporter of Minnowstar's reign and the war against Redwoodclan. She believes in action above all else and will vocalize her opinions openly to let others know how she feels and thinks. Not one for quiet meditation, Sagefrost would rather burn the island on a crusade for the sake of her clan than ask for forgiveness for her sins.

Somber and sullen, Clovershade personifies the reclusive and depressive tendencies of a cat unable to process her grief. The loss of her mother at a young age made her fearful of being close to others in the wake of her pain which inevitably led to an aversion towards physical contact and even claustrophobia. Moons spent distancing herself and spending more and more time out of camp have made it difficult for Clovershade to reconnect with others, though she finds herself yearning for understanding while hopelessly crippled by the idea of reaching out to another soul.

From birth Featherpaw has taken great pride in her personality and appearance. Being from a large family has done nothing to deter her self-confidence, in fact having Yewthorn as a father has only increase her natural knack for suavity. Though her age may be young Featherpaw has started her mastery over others early, her silver-tongue getting her both in and out of trouble. She longs for her warrior days and fears they will not come soon enough.

A generous and open-minded tom, Web was forced into retirement after falling from a tree in his late 90 moons. Being one of few has-beens to survive the recent illness that decimated the tribe population, Web has taken to the roll well enough if not a bit begrudgingly. He's been known to lash out at others who attempt to do things for him, believing himself capable of fending for himself despite his obvious short-comings. If you catch him in a good mood - you are guaranteed a good shoulder to lean on and a rousing story or two.

The life of a rogue has been a rather uncharitable one for Oleander. Raised by a molly out for blood he was expected at an early age to continue the legacy of loathing. Finding him wanting, Lily has completely written him off in favor of her more gifted children. He is left to wonder what his place in the world is and if winning the affection of a mother is worth the price.
