Snowfeather
Lichencaln
Small white she-cat with dark blue eyes.
warrior
she-cat
27 moons
Appearance
Ever since she was a kit, Snowfeather has always been smaller than your average Lichenclan cat. Both of her siblings were easily twice her size and because of this they tended to baby her. Snowfeather spent most of her time as a kit on the sidelines observing her siblings as they play fought one another. Unlike many of her fellow clan mates, Snowfeather has been able to avoid any sort of scarring on her character. With this, along with her size, has others mistaken her as a newly appointed apprentice rather than a warrior. Which comes as an annoyance to her.
Snowfeather was born with pure white fur like the color of fresh fallen snow in leaf-bare. This was what inspired her mother to name her Snowkit. Unike her siblings, Snowfeather's fur is very short, but protects her from the ever-present mist from the lake outside of the caves. Though it would also aid her in swimming in the shallow pools of the lake, she prefers to observe the water from a distance.
Like a Lichenclan cat, her eyes are rather large, especially for her narrow face. However, her eyesight is superb and allows her to navigate with ease throughout the caves. Her most extinguished part of her character is her deep blue eyes, which stands out against her pure white coat.

Personality
Observant - Even as a kit Snowfeather would spend most of her time silently observing her siblings as they fought one another. The more she watched the better she got at predicting what her brother's next move would be and how her sister would counteract it. On her free time, Snowfeather can be seen usually off to the side observing her clan mates with interest.
Submissive - Snowfeather struggles with any sort of leadership role that is given to her, which could easily be her biggest weakness. Without any sort of guidance the she-cat suffers from anxiety and her mind shuts down. However, when given an order with directions she can usually carry out the task successfully.
Doubtful - After the death of her siblings, Snowfeather has suffered a serious blow to her ego. Every move that she makes is usually met with some hesitation and double guessing. She doesn't trust her own abilities and live in fear that no matter what she does it's never going to be enough.
Shy - Snowfeather can be awkward with those who haven't known her since kit hood. When caught in a conversation, words tend to escape her as her mind struggles to come up with a reply. When in a crowd, Snowfeather is usually seen on the outer edges of the clearing sheathing and unsheathing her claws into the ground to calm her nerves.

History
Snowpaw was thrilled. Her and her sibling were made apprentices a few days ago and to celebrate their new rankings, both Ravenpaw and Wavepaw mentioned sneaking down to the lake. Snowpaw agreed to meet them after her meal and watched them disappear from the cave.
A few minutes later Snowpaw followed suit. As she exited she noticed the sky had significantly darken and a low rumble in the distance made her ears flick with unease. She quickly made her way down to the shoreline as the breeze continued to grow stronger. A crack of thunder made her flinch and as she looked up at the sky as it broke into a steady rainfall.
She looked out into the lake and saw her siblings chasing one another in the shallow parts. “Hey guys!” She called out her voice lost as a sudden crack of thunder sounded and the rain poured down in torrents.
She was soaked instantly. She blinked the droplets from her eyes and scanned the water’s rippling surface. She caught the sight of both Ravenpaw’s and Wavepaw’s head break the surface before being swallowed by the water. They were further out than they were before.
“Ravenpaw! Wavepaw!” Snowpaw howled jumping forward just as a large wave came in making her lose her footing as she was dragged with the current. She gasped for air as she broke through the surface before another large wave crashed over her pushing her back towards the shoreline. By some miracle she was able to dig her claws into the soft sandy ground below her as the water retreated back.
She dragged her body a few steps away from the water’s edge before collapsing from exhaustion. She spit out some lake water as she struggled to catch her breath. “Ravenpaw,” she breathed, as she turned back to the water, the surface still wild.
“Snowpaw…”
“Wavepaw.” She gasped struggling to regain strength in her legs only to give out from underneath her. She couldn’t see them.
“Snowpaw!”
There was that voice again, but closer and more urgent. Snowpaw tore her gaze from the lake and saw a pale figure running towards her. “Suntalon?” Snowpaw still couldn’t catch her breath and her throat felt raw from inhaling too much sand and water. A feeling of relief rushed through Snowpaw as her mentor made it to her side. “Save them,” she murmured before she passed out.
Snowpaw opened her eyes to complete darkness. She blinked slowly as the images of the sudden storm came to her. Lifting her head, Snowpaw looked around the empty space that she occupied, “Ravenpaw? Wavepaw?” She croaked, her throat still raw from before.
Movement just outside the openings entrance caught her attention. Suntalon stepped into the opening, her amber eyes softened as she drew closer to Snowpaw. “Where are they?” Snowpaw whispered.
Suntalon’s tail twitched as she looked down at Snowpaw, “I’m sorry, but we couldn’t find them.”
That night Snowpaw mourned the lost of her brother and sister. It wasn’t until the following day that Wavepaw was found washed up on the shore. Her gray and white fur clung to her lifeless body. Ravenpaw was never found.
Almost every day that followed the incident, Snowfeather can be found sunning herself on one of the large rocks that line the shoreline, her eyes fixated out across the lake. Hoping that by some miracle Ravenpaw will swim ashore someday, unharmed.
